Emotions And Emotional Body
As humans, we are a composite of numerous parts that have the potential to fall into perfect balance. You can think of these many components as the different dimensions that combine to form your unique whole. One of these aspects represents your emotions and emotional body, and it manifests who you are on the emotional level. The articles presented here will help you to gain an understanding of the following:
• Our gross and subtle bodies.
• How negative thoughts and feelings can lead to pain and bondage of the soul.
• How to put our emotions to use in positive ways in our spiritual and healing practices.
The emotions and emotional body contain the feelings that are the residue left from your memories as well as how you are interpreting what is going on in your life right now. In many ways, your emotions and emotional body function as the bridge between your thoughts or thinking self and your body or physical self. Think of your emotional body as an interpreter who translates the input from your thoughts and unconscious mind into emotions, enabling you to categorize and hold onto that thought. Once you experience your own thoughts through your emotions and emotional body, you can gain awareness and react accordingly.
When you can see your emotional body or that of a client during meditation, you will learn what lies beneath the mask that is presented to the world. Accessing what is held in the emotional body will show you exactly what areas are in need of healing, love and integration. Attaining this knowledge is one of the first steps toward true freedom, joy and pain transmutation.
These are the first steps you can take to check the integrity of your aura and energy bodies. Please remember that since astral parasites are using more primitive, less emancipated brain circuits, they are only looking for an “easy” meal. They tend to attack you when they feel that you are a lone isolated individual, or your energy bodies are weakened by trauma or pain.
Of all the things that make us human, the mind is arguably one of the most researched and studied. The mind is comprised of several layers, each of which contains its own thought types. They include the conscious mind, the subconscious and the divine mind which connects you to the collective unconscious and the powers of the universe.
